windows 8,, HELP
windows 8,, HELP ive just downloaded Sacred 2 gold & it wont play........ wont even start up wat must I do ?

Try going in the directory find the sacred2.exe right click and go to properties, comparability tab, set it to windows xp service pack 2. try this.

i have the retail version i can't start up also with the compatibily mode (ther isn't win xp sp 2 only the 3rd) i try everithing...

i've win 8 64bit e sacred ice and blood

Nova 107 There is a community patch that you may not have on the retail version, but I don't now where to get it out side of Steam so you will have to look around.

try sacred wiki site, used to get patches there when i had sacred 2 installed on my old computer. worth a shot. i'm currently installing this on my laptop and have got a problem. I'm running win 8 and when launching get an error, something about missing launcher. hope this helps u.

Thank you for this, it really helped a lot. I'm finding more and mroe reasons to hate windows 8
