Font hard to read

So hey guys, I had this game on PS3 back in the day. Loved it, played the heck out of it, no problems. But on my laptop, the font is nearly impossible to read. My resolution is 1366x768 on a 15.6 in screen. I've read that other people have this problem and that installing a new font helps. I tried one before from torchlight 1 and it worked better, but it was still a bit hard to read. So if anyone has had the same problem with a similar setup and found a good font and have a link, I'd be very thankful for any help.
