capite west is still red even though i liberated all settlements

i liberated the last settlement in capite west, and it said so, but its still red. i cant do the electromagnetic pulse mission because of this. im playing on xbox one btw.

Did you get the oil rig a couple of kms out to sea off the west coast?

yep, i got rid of all of it. and i just liberated another province, and now the mission says to liberate -1 more provinces in order to get the mission.

Open the map, zoom out to the maximum and then click on the red Capite West label. Look at the list of all the locales in the province. If any are labelled "Undiscovered", there remain bases or towns that you have yet to encounter. If they are all named, but one or more are in red, you have not completed the takeover of those red labelled sites. A common oversight is to forget to raise the flag after completing a town takeover.

If all of the communities are named and listed in blue text, yet the Capite West label remains red, then something is glitched. However, I've never seen such a bug reported before.

I fixed it, sort of. after i restarted my game all the settlements that i liberated got taken over again. it must have been a glitch. thank you for the help though!
