The injury problem is jarring at first but you can solve it by using the training tab after each game, drop them down to half intensity after a match for a few days then you can pump them up to double intensity a few days later, my injury problem has all but gone away.

Why on earth every new hire gets injured either at training or during their first match?
EVERY. SINGLE. SEASON.

Injuries are at around 80% of their real life levels. There is going to be variance in personal experiences though depending upon the intensity of your tactics, your training, how you rest players etc.

Lol in addition to the injuries from my previous post, now I have just sustained 2 more on the 28th, and then 3 on the 29th, including one that's 9-13 months long.

Are goals scored at 80% real life levels?

maybe check your tactic and training player intensity. and their level of natural fitness, sharpness etc in short not everyone's experiencing them this extreme and if so its ookay bcos Chelsea, spurs, newcastle have been having this issues in real life. that's the fun part work your way through the challenges
