Is this game worth getting?

I have had experiencing playing this type of FPS back in the past. I've played Wolfenstein 3D, Doom and Quake 1. I have always wanted to get this game, but I do not know if its worth purchasing $10.00 for it. Please tell me, is it worth it?

Heck yeah it's worth it. You get the game, plus the 3 original expansion packs. Duke in DC, Life's a Beach and Nuclear Winter. It's a real bargin! :)

It's been a long while. Not sure why multiplayer hasn't been added yet. I hope they didn't lose interest.

if you arent old enough to remeber duke 1 2 and 3d then it wont hold as much value. you wont get that oldschool feeling back when playing it.

I think the older gamers will love this more and new gamers will play it but wont understand how much duke #D changed things...

i mean we have video game ratings because of duke 3d and doom. thoes games changed a lot

This. I played EDuke32 for a lot of years and I can honestly say that this version is much better:
aiming is super smooth (shooting those facehuggers was a pain in the♥♥♥♥♥♥in EDuke32 and the crosshair was also not quite good) and the whole presentation is just more authentic.
