Tomb Raider V: Logitech Profiler Game Profile
The following is a Logitech Profiler profile I put together for TR5 Chronicles with instructions for the F710 gamepad.

Tomb Raider V: Logitech Profiler Game Profile
Dropbox[www.dropbox.com] - Do not need an account to download. Just close any join window that might pop up.

The profile has some similarities to the Playstation setup with the following differences...
- The Light/Throw Flare command has been mapped to the up/forward y-axis of the right analog stick of the F710.

- Small medi-pack quick key has been mapped to the left analog button.

- Large medi-pack quick key has been mapped to the right analog button.

A few notes...

Make sure that your F710 isn't hibernating before launching game.

This profile will 'magically' cause TR5 to recognize all of the F710 buttons in the controls menu. At this point you will need to decide if you want to go with the ingame or profile controls. Attempting to enable both will create a conflict disconnecting the gamepad.

1. If you stay with the profile its recommended that you leave the ingame control config alone in its default setting(set to ketvoatd and joystick settings unchanged).

2. If you go with the ingame configuraion set to joystick then map the desired keys. There will be no need to map the sidestep commands as holding walk+dpad will work while playing. Afterwards delete the profile from the Logitech Profiler. As you will see in the menu this option will have less functionality via gamepad compared to the profile.

Enjoy!

These are the current profile/control fixes for the other classic TR ganes. Updates will be applied if I come across any bugs.

Glad to help. I finally snagged my first xbox 360 recently. Before too long I'll be tinkering around to see if I can map the games with a 360 pad without the need of mapper apps like xpadder.

That sounds good! I have to admit I never liked the analouge controllers since the days of the N64 and Sega Saturn - so I never became used to the control style. However with the ressurgance of Indie games, a gamepad would be handy. I still have a bit of hardware that Microsoft made called a Strategic Commander which they released for Age of Empires and other strategy games. The software still works with x64 Os's too.

Sometimes I use the MS Keyboard Config util to reasign keyboard buttons to suite my logitech devices - but it is a stupid way of going about it and essentialy does what xpadder does. Hopefully with the XBox controller it will be a much simpler process to configure for PC games.

Good Luck!
