Also you forgot air10 or sorc8. Or that it's 17 of the least valuable mana type (10 of which is in reserve) so it's really actually not that expensive depending on your situation. The card is not useless by any stretch it is just more situational than others. In fact I like this game in that there are objectively no individual bad cards. Not to say you can't get seeded a bad hand with cards that don't work together (all air spells in one hand and other bs)
EDIT: I forgot about illusion7. That is the one card that is 'mostly useless' in my eyes.
