Why i can't fight Spite or Torment anymore?

I have almost every unlockable in the game now; and every time i make a full run in the tower i only fight against Rage and Doom, never Spite. And it's extremely rare to fight Torment instead of Doom.

If you have more than five lives when you enter a boss room, you fight Rage or Doom. Less than five is Spite or Torment.

They aren't rare, you're just doing better.

Also, the number of your starting lives will increasing soon.

So, are Rage and Doom supposed to be "harder"? In fact i think Spite is way harder than Rage!

I agree with this statement. Well, Spite's not very hard to begin with, but oh man...EX Spite? Compared to EX Rage? I don't even know what EX Rage does, he dies just as fast as regular Rage.
