Infinite Health Hack/Exploit?

I played on an official server today (US Dallas Casual #2 i believe) and i noticed a player who did not take any damage from zombies. He was tanking zombies or luring them away, making the game pretty easy for us.

Here he is chilling in the middle of a big zombie crowd. He got hit a million times, but his health always stayed green.

Is this a hack or exploit?

That is pretty strange. Did he stand in one spot or did he move around in that state?. Did you also hear any pain sounds or only zombie attack sounds? He was probably standing in some sort of god spot (an exploitable portion of map geometry that makes players invulnerable to attacks).

I highly doubt that he was cheating, especially since this is an official server, not a custom modded server.

No god spot, he also didnt take damage when he was walking around.
No pain sounds.
He was jumping a lot.

He's most likely hacking. He has his game info private.

Or he could be the owner of the server and using console commands

i don't think in a game that barely anyone playing, a hacker matters.

well in a game where all it takes to cheat is to flip a value from 0 to 1 to enable cheating i don't really think there's plans for patching it, lol if someone is going to take the time to override a vanilla server when anyone can do the exact same stuff in an sv_cheats enabled server... the only thing that person can really do is hang their head in shame.
