About the games connecting

Hello, I've looked over and I'm not the only who has this problem. When I finish the first game, after the credits roll it fails to start Ys II with an error code 86 I believe. Ys II on it's own does work, I just want it to work though since it's a nice feature and was wondering if anyone found a fix or a solution to it.

Neither steam, nor gog work. They might fix that at some point in the future, though I doubt it. If you're dead set on using that option track down Ys I & II COMPLETE. How you get it is up to you, but the option works just fine there and it has some small things that got cut from Chronicles.

Yeah, steam gives you the error code 56 sh*ttery, gog won't even let you tick the option. Tried it on several different computers and gave up in the end.

It should improve when the DRM is removed from the game... I think.
GOG's not working at all is just an oversight.

Here's to hoping. It's a really neat feature that most tend to overlook since very few people know what it actually does and it gets trivialized as a result. Plus this is the closest we have to connecting the remakes into a single game unless you wanna drown in Eternal Story's reverb.

Darnit, now I have to ask myself whether I should wait on playing this game until this feature gets redone...

...wait, I still have half of Sky FC and then Sky SC to play. This is no big deal.
