can it be done by way of modding the config maybe?
Run FalloutNVLauncher.exe
Click Options
Click the second item in the Graphics Adapter dropdown list
Adjust the resolution settings to match the second monitor
Click OK
The not-so-obvious and undocumented thing to notice is that there are 2 items in the Graphics Adapter dropdown listbox, both of which are identically named. Apparently, choosing the second one selects the same graphics adapter, but to be used on the second monitor.
0 is first monitor, 1 is second monitor, 2 is third monitor.
If you dont know where the .ini is located its usually C:\Users\[your username]\Documents\My Games\FalloutNV
For anyone using Mod Organizer 2 (perhaps with Viva New Vegas), you have to do this in your "ini editor" by clicking the puzzle pieces at the top and going to falloutprefs.ini tab.
