Here's on how to disable the annoying mouse acceleration.

When the Fallout 4 reveal happened I basicly decided now was the time to play New Vegas.

My biggest annoyance was the way how the mouse and camera worked. I found out this was because of the game using mouse acceleration.

I managed to find a simple fix which disables it completly.

Go to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\fallout new vegas, (or a similar directory)

And open/edit Fallout_default.ini.

Then navigate yourself to the section [CONTROLS] and add these lines.

fForegroundMouseAccelBase=0
fForegroundMouseAccelTop=0
fForegroundMouseBase=0
fForegroundMouseMult=0

Save it and boot up New Vegas. Mouse Acceleration is disabled!

I would like to add that by default, Fallout_Defaults.ini is read-only, and when you make changes to it, you have to start the game with the official launcher for the changes to take place.
