Eh, those cyberware bits sounds mighty tempting, but I'm not in the mood for those bits about 'added realism.'
I assosiate Fallout with many things, most of them fun or exiting... but realism isn't on that list.
Still, thanks for the tip; might just be worth a try the next time trough.

Just prefered the way it was done in #3.
I know one more point instead of two per Int may sound petty, but for me it made Int feel like a far better 'investment.' Both mechanics and for the sake of roleplay wise.
