NVSE Loading Problem

Years ago I played new vegas with mods, but now every time i try to start fallout new vegas with the nvse exe(Version 5.1.6) , it tells me "Couldn't find nvse dll {C:\...\Fallout new vegas\nvse_1_4ng.dll}. Please make sure you have installed nvse correctly and are running it from your fallout folder."

NVSE should be installed in your Fallout NV root directory. Where the FalloutNV.exe is located.

Ensure these files are in your root directory:
nvse_1_4.dll
nvse_1_4ng.dll
nvse_editor_1_4.dll
nvse_loader.exe
nvse_steam_loader.dll

Also, try launching the game through Steam to the main menu. Quit then launch NVSE through your mod manager.

Problem found. In the 5.1.6 Version the nvse_1_4ng.dll was missing. The older version 5.1.4b had the missing file.

I cant remember setting but i believe that mod needs tweaking of INI for Win8 and up or it will break the game. (Either that or the mod onetweak or something). I might be off since I still mix up mods between Fallout 3, NV, Oldrim and skyrim SE.
