Mods cant be deployed?
can someone help me as i installed vortex so i can use new california but it says mods cant be deployed and also even though i install via vortex it doesnt pop up there

Sounds very much like a corrupt download on the mod or you forgetting to start Vortex as an admin.

'while that helps via giving me ideas of whats going on it doesnt help me figure out how to fix it
