Flaming Cliffs 3 no long available on steam- why?

Was going to buy this on steam in sale earlier today when it WAS available and now this evening it states "Flaming Cliffs 3 no long available on steam"
Anyone know why this has happened?
I am new to DCS but if this is the sort of things that happens I am not inclined to get into it if steam are not going to fully support it.

Same here. Bought FC3 long ago and now I don't have registered the Mig-29 and SU-27 at DLCs store page... Have to buy both of them again? All was after a little "patch/update" that happened when open steam today.

There's no official communication as of now, but it's probably safe to assume that it has been delisted because tomorrow it will be replaced by Flaming Cliffs 4

FC 2024 is about to be released later today. It should be replaced by the new dlc.

You don't need to purchase anything again. Just disregard the DLC page. The FC3 planes are already saved in the game.

Yep, that's why I bought it a couple of days ago, because I assumed it would be discontinued when FC2024 released.

I wasn't aware of this new DLC. The downside is that it must come at full price, without the 50% discount that was available on FC3

Random question;

I have the Flaming Cliffs 3 DLC and the F15C is now listed as a separate DLC.

Any reason why?

That's probably because Flaming Cliffs 4 will be released later today.
The new version will include some new plane (F-5, F-86 and one old Mig I don't remember) Probably FC3 wil be replaced by FC3 and you old FC3 modules will be listed as separated.
Or maybe that's justa temportary situation.

In either case don't worry: you won't lose any module.

not if you have FC3 till the end of july there is a $9.99 upgrade offer.
