Fallout 3 - Game of the Year Edition

Fallout 3 - Game of the Year Edition

What Mods Do You Recommend?
It's been a few years since I last played this game and I have been thinking of going at it again. I've got the unofficial patch installed to fix the majority of bugs and problems still in the game that the developers never fixed. I've also got mods installed that disable those annoying comments from NPCs if you looked at owned or locked property or accidentally knock over something. Some other mods I have installed fix certain problems within the Pitt, making Dogmeat and other companions essential when recruited because the unofficial patch made Dogmeat and Fawkes more frailer as they fixed that bug that gave them huge amounts of health at high levels, one that gives Dogmeat the ability to wear armor and packs so he can carry stuff, and other error fixes.

I've heard of other mods that install new content into the game such as Vault 101 Revisited, Alton, Arefu Expanded, etc. In the past, I've tried Alton and Vault 101 Revisited. I don't have them installed since I reinstalled the game and am wondering if I should reinstall them.

What do you think? What other mods are recommended?

TTW- essentially puts this game in a better game and makes everything better in this game. Even fixes some of 3's bullcrap world building and combat.

Has anyone ever tried the new content mods I mentioned above? Should I use them again or not?
No idea what people praising Alton are talking about, the mod is trash, do not bother with it.
If you are looking for new content, my recommendation is The D.C. Interiors Project.
There is also A World Of Pain mod - it's not bad.

Non-content mods that I like:
Random Bobbleheads - I'm using it because I already know vanilla bobbleheads locations by heart.
Delay DLC Plus - I hate receiving all the DLC quests at the beginning and prefer finding them in a more natural way.
What about other new content mods such as Vault 101 Revisited? What's your experience using it? Or Arefu Expanded?
