Can't change fuel mix in carreer mode

When I'm playing on carreer mode I can't change the fuel mix and the tyres are always good, they are green all time. Any solution?

the fuel mix im not sure about that can u change ur brake balance do u use joypad key board or wheel the green colours on tyres is the tempurater its the next one along with tyre wear it should start of clear then go brown then red wen fully worn then u have the last one with how much ur fuel fuel u have and wen u pit stop is but the temp on mine allways stays green i was reading that u have to keep an eye on the temps on tyres but mine never change colour only wen i drive out of pits

You have to change to the highest difficulty level and then adjust the settings if you need to, that will turn tyre wear on and you will have the option to change the fuel mixture.
