Depends how well these updates go down, and how much the gaming media pick up on it.
For those wondering, even if this totally flops we will at the very least work out controller support and workshop before moving on, but I'd like to take it much further.
If anyone here posts on NeoGAF regularly and thinks this is worthy of a mention there, that'll be swell. I'm signed up but we can't promote our own updates or products (which is totally fair enough) but I can at least comment on threads other people make about it.
Also is ED coming?
Life is beautiful.
Thanks for the understanding.
Ryan Gordon is handling the updates for Linux and Mac (which is great of course, we could not ask for anyone better), he was waiting for us to finish ourselves, and for a gap in his own schedule. I don't think it will be it a long wait tbh judging on past experiences, but when we know more I'll be sure to update you all.
Future updates should not have this kind of delay, just we made some pretty big under the hood updates to the engine code to lay the base for this first patch.
Already know what I will do on this weekend
