Trapped inside Madelyn's Sapho?

So... i finally got a chance to get back into this game, and it seems i can't even exit the Sapho ship? the two doors are locked and in red text i can't tell if i'm doing something wrong or if it's bugged as it's been a while since i played, i thought pressing F should do the trick but it ain't along with any other key i can think of. It was also odd that i had to run a "first time setup" before i could play, considering i've played it on this PC before :S

You should be able to unlock the doors from the turret console near the back of the ship (opposite end from where the storage console is)
