As for myself, I think I'll speak for a lot of people if I say Cliff Racer.
Although that would not be it. What bothered me the most is how disappointing the "manors" were once you completed the different Houses questlines. Thinking of it, completing ANY factions quest was kind of a let down. "So I'm the boss now? Sweet! Can I order you to... no? You won't take orders from me? Nothing? Damn..."
