Report a translation problem
If it's installed manually, you have to run MGEXEgui.exe, located in Morrowind's installation folder, and set it up. Enable Distant Land, set the view distance, run the Distant Land Generation Wizard, stuff like that.
I'd guess you also have to do the same when it's installed through MGSO.
