Seems to be a heck of a lot of it going on in Wargame chat and the lobby why no moderators.
Steam support should look into this especially with all the suicides on other social sites going on.

post screenshots of the chat and specify time and bans will be handed out to the correct account. 2 days for first offense. 1 week for second and a month for third.

Yeah, this is why I'm a bit loathe to dive headfirst into 10v10s and whatnot. It seems to be worse in RTSes than in FPSes like TF2, perhaps because it's harder to compensate for a few unskilled players.

I just try to stay out of that, myself.
