Trade system renewed

Merchants can now choose which resource they buy from each town. Move the merchant to the resource site within the town area, and initiate "extend route" action.

Only capitals are excluded from this arrangement. What capitals sell or buy depend on the owner's offers and demands, which are set in the Trade UI in the ledger. The trade UI can also be used to boycott, tax or even subsidize traders of particular factions.

This new system makes it easier to make routes profitable.

Grudge

The diplomatic state is determined by the grudge between factions. Every faction holds a degree of grudge to another. It is changed depending on the opponent's actions, such as expansion, battles, trespassing, trade relations, gifts, etc. Passed a certain threshold the grudge causes war declaration, spontenaously.

Peace can be offered again, once the grudge is fallen enough, peace can be offered by agents with diplomat trait (under development)
