I hate Warlock

He requires way too much ramp up to become effective. By the time I thought I was even halfway decent, comparably to other classes, in the Viaduct, I was completely overwhelmed by enemies. His main attack is crap and slow. I fat stacked attack speed and damage but still couldn't even kill any boss before the next one showed up. This class needs a major buff, it's not even CLOSE to the effectiveness of others.

Warlock loves multible attacks and projectiles combined with damage and speed, he gets so strong that bosses meld because the ghostly thingys stack over each other

Hi,

you have to understand, Warlock has very bad single target dps compared to other chars, but his screen controll is probably the best of all.
He has very high base pierce, his projectiles do their own stuff and kill things and you can beef his base damage to insane heights, plus you can summon 4-5 ghost every 0.5 seconds.

Warlock is one of those, where you have to understand how to build a char properly.

Example for a main weapon only build

Equipment

every other equip slot is completly optional and free

X + X = Memory Potion

To compensate his lack of single target dps, just use Transfixion.
Or beef him up with Astronomer's Orbs and Summons.

He is a beast...

Start using summoner stuff - 2 rings and gloves, and golem, only with summons warlock has very good clear speed on any map
