Crashing seconds after reaching the main menu?

Game crashes almost immediately. First launch was just a crash, the second one made my whole PC restart, and after trying again it still crashes around 10 seconds after the main menu boots up. What the hell?

Already have the latest drivers from Nvidia.
Already verified my files on Steam, no errors found.

Edit: Just redownloaded the whole game and now it works? So far at least, been about 2 minutes on the main menu and it hasn't crashed yet lol. Maybe the preload was corrupted somehow, and verifying didn't detect it?

The devs keep setting a lame copy-paste as the "answer" for this issue, but they're wrong. The issue was fixed for me by redownloading the game, my CPU settings are all default, I don't overclock specifically to avoid weird crashes like this.

So just try to download the game again, or any other REAL solutions some users have posted in this thread, before you go down the ridiculous rabbit hole they keep brushing us off to.

Same issue here, according to Nixxes FAQ and Support guide, this could be due to a bad hardware configuration settings if your on intel 13th +

But it's not an excuse anyways, so far I was able to run every single game with MSI factory settings...
