DOTA2 + Intel Iris Pro Graphics 5200 + Ubuntu 13.04
I installed DOTA2 on my new System76 Galago ultrapro but is not really playable. The heroes are invisible.

Any solution to this problem?

Thanks!

Dude did you get this resolved? I'm looking at this laptop and would really like to know the performance of DOTA2 on it.

You need to install a newer MESA.

To install:
apt-add-repository ppa:qos/mesa
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

To deinstall:
ppa-purge ppa:qos/mesa

Don't listen to the guy above me, just install Ubuntu 13.10 and you'll have a much better experience. I have the same laptop and Dota 2 works great with 13.10.
If I remember correctly you can upgrade to 13.10 by running something like update-manager -d in the terminal.

i fixed mine by installing the xorg-edgers PPA, but indeed it doesn't work out of the box on 13.04

So, guys, I would like to buy Galago Ultra Pro, but i am not sure about gaming performance cause of the integrated graphics. So, how is the final verdict about it? Is this graphic card cool for gaming?

Don't expect to play Metro, everything else runs quite well. Not all games run at 60 fps, but I do run everything on 1080p. It's not really a gaming laptop, but it can run some games.

How many FPS do you get with DOTA 2?

I haven't played online, but it seems to be around 40-50 with bots.
