Issue Report: Text and images are messed up on launch
When launching the Steam it looks normal at first, although it's frozen. However, after it unfreezes the images and text are messed up completely (although it seems to be different every time). Example[]

Installing experimental drivers is not an option, since bumblebee-nvidia (which is needed to launch this) depends on nvidia-current, which conflicts with the experimental drivers.

Using 64-bit Ubuntu 12.10 (Unity), running through Bumblebee using "optirun steam", trying to run directly crashes immediately with "/home/teo/Steam/ubuntu12_32/steam: error while loading shared libraries: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory".
