Issue Report: Error dialog placed incorrectly with dual monitor configuration
I was trying to give VVVVVV a test, which failed with an error dialog stating that the executable was missing. That error appears to have already been reported in this forum, but the error dialog was quite difficult to read.

I have a dual monitor configuration, and the error dialog was centred in the middle of the whole spanned desktop, which meant that half showed on one monitor and half on the other. Imagine you've got a monitor bezel running down the centre of this screenshot:

In addition to this, I was not able to move the error dialog, so it wasn't possible to move it to a more convenient location.

The Steam about dialog says my built on "Nov 28 2012, at 14:01:36" with package version "1354145087 / 13541450..." (I ran a check for new versions first to see if I was looking at an already fixed problem).

ALT + LEFT CLICK to drag around, and ALT + MIDDLE CLICK to resize?

No luck with either of those key combos.

And even if that did work, it would mean that Steam is not implementing the normal movement behaviour for the window decorations it draws on the window.

And it doesn't address the problem of the poor dialog placement.

This is really annoying!
I have 2monitors next to each other and a TV above the first monitor.
And most windows spawn in the "center".
And some windows you cant even move... ( i.e. when you try to install a game that is Not available ) so I can't see the whole message:

Edit: Also the windows you can't move is on every single desktop on openbox.
