After update Steam keeps restarting when I exit

I searched the forum and couldn't find another thread on this, but if there is one, somebody please point it out to me.

Ever since the latest update (Jan 8), whenever I want to exit Steam (by clicking "Steam>Exit"), it exits, then automatically brings back up the "Connect Steam account" box and starts back up. I keep closing it over and over and yet it still does this.
