Issue report: Oil Rush does not install

Running Kubuntu 12.10.

Oil Rush only creates icons for the start menu and desktop, after that it says install completed.
It does not install any game files, trying to launch it will result in an error:

Failed to start game (missing executable)

Same here so I guess we need to wait for it. Acctually I am not surprise due to the small installation just around 90mb instead auf 400+ like Windows or the DRM free version

It's normal. OilRush is not ready for Steam. Look at the list of supported games.

If you check the Betas tab I'd be willing to bet that there's an option for a Linux beta but it will be passworded. This appears to be the pattern for games that are being worked on privately for Linux by their developers.

This game is for Linux already exists (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oil_Rush ). I think soon it will be available on Steam.
