If you're looking for a more general reference of linux commands, the GNU coreutils info pages (installed on most Linux systems) are a great reference. You can access it at http://www.manpagez.com/info/coreutils/ or by running "info coreutils"; the latter option only if you're feeling particularly adventurous though.
