After recent updates i keep on recieving alerts about maintenance failures, tough i got plenty of money and recources.

Did you activate any of the new policies, particularly the Maintenance Deprioritization military one?

It is definitely the Maintenance Deprioritization military policy which causes it, it is the downside of that policy! That said I am now patching the feature to use a multi dimensional random generator, that should spread the occurrence a bit better. The issue is with the number of vessels stations defences that rolls with 10% chance every turn.
