Well the spray disinfectant. Anyway, I had loads of gear and was running along and then decided to be sick right next to a nearby zombie = this game sucks sometimes :) Is there a guide of what cures what etc?

lmfao so funny, seen that happen before. Charcoal tabs and keeping well hydrated and fed should fix it up. just make sure the next bottle of disinfectant you see, you actually have room in your bag for it otherwise you will drink it....again lol

well one guy i saw posted on the forums said he drank disinfectant to try and cure his sickness from eating rotten fruit, i couldnt not stop laughing at that logic. But other then that i beleive its accidental because if you try to pick up disinfectant with a full inventory it will drink it instead so if you arent paying attention...bottoms up! lol i dont think you can put the disinfectant into a blood bag can you?

Mine was in my hand and it was a key co-ordination problem thus drank it. I had a yellow stick that was supposed to help with sickness but not with the bleach :(. It was made worse by the fact that I had gathered quite a lot of cool gear e.g. tin operners, rifle, rifle mount etc etc. The being sick occurs much quicker than when you have had rotten fruit.

rotten fruit is a gamble, sometimes it will make you sick sometimes it wont phase you. I have only gotten sick once off rotten fruit and never eaten it since. I think that yellow pen needled (epi pen) is for reviving unconcious people, could be wrong though as ive not been able to test it yet

There is no cure for Chemical Poisoning, in other words disinfectant. (yet)

Food Poisoning = Charcoal Tabs.

A few times I stopped myself from eating a pristine rotten kiwi. I don't understand a game that allows a player to drink disinfectant but not have a restart button. o.O
