Ubisoft made it clear they will not be adding it. The answer is NO ! but obviously some tick scull don't get it ! And I will not be surprised, (I rally hope so) other Ubisoft games will not have steam achievements either.

Ubisoft can make thouasands of extra dollars just by adding achievements but they don't want to do it. Another L from them

Ubisoft, while it may come as a shock to you, no one really cares about Ubisoft Connect. For a lot of people, me included, if a game isn't on Steam, then I am not buying it. Now, since you are finally coming back to your senses and utilizing the Steam platform it would be best if you could take advantage of all of its features. Just look at Blizzard-Activision and Microsoft. They all have achievements for Steam for their games.
