How to go about changing music for boss battles?
I have issues changing the regular battle music into a boss battle song. It plays a second or two of the regular battle music then it plays the boss music. How do I go about fixing this?

On page 3 of the event tab, look under system and find Change battle BGM, then change it to normal battle music afterwards.

Also go to Database > Troops Tab, and see that you can event a certain troop to do stuff...
Guess what, you can change music during battle ;)
