achievements improper to use is broken kill with repair tool how to fix?

guys any idea how to fix it? i cant kill any one with repair tool

Jus got this achievement. Killed three enemies and one animal with repair tool. Just continue burn your target until it dies. Achievement synced after exiting from game.

i try many times the enemies its not burning

Try to spam mouse1 alone and with aimkey too and it'll eventually work. I had problem but it worked.

You have to hold it until he starts to catch fire and dies - spaming shouldnt work

It works. You have to hit them until they catch on fire, and then die from being on fire.

yes yes i done but i trying burn 1 enemy for 2 minutes haha thats bug for sure

I roughed them up with a different weapon before using the repair tool. I got mine that way

Got it first try on the first enemy I found in the wild, not mission related, just ran up to them and held down attack until they set on fire and died, popped straight after. Playing on the hardest difficulty if that makes any difference, it shouldn't, but you never know.

i did it i burn enemy on hes neck and acheviement pop in

Just left click to burn your enemy for some time & he'll be dead.
Just unlocked the achievement today so it works !

Maybe the distance plays a part ? Tried many time but the enemy end up killing me every time.

Even watch a Youtube video before and I didn't have the same "burning up" effect at all.

Should I keep the fire button held or should I press it several times ? So far, I've held it.
