does this mod work? or any others that make ships less floppy?

You don't need mods to make ships less floppy. There is a structural support you can use that stretches from one piece to the next. Us those to hold your rockets together.

Yes it works. And the mod helps where actual struts would be problematic, ugly, or already used and additional stiffness is necessary.

I think if you set on advanced tweakables you can further make joints rigid. :KSmiley:

I had trouble with this mod in realism overhaul, it doesn't seem to be able to handle the realistic scale of rockets, they still become floppy and get even worse with struts.

I ended up removing the mod and using auto struts instead and now everything works fine.

Even though joint reinforcement is a dependency for realism overhaul I think it actually makes it worse... or at least the latest version does.

Hmm, I'm using it in realism overhaul and it 'seems' to be working normally. I am using v1.31 of KSP though.

i found that mod really handy and i cant get it to work!
