Sale frequency ?
So i was thinking about buying the game and i heard that it goes regularly on sale.

My question is how often does it go on sale and when was the last sale ? wouldn't want to buy it and regret not waiting 2 days to get it on sale.

well, could go to a legitimate keystore and get a key for saleprizes
You just missed one on Humble Bundle so there may be a Steam sale soon. Usually is one some time during the summer.

Steam is really good about their refunds so you could just buy it and if you don't like it get it refunded too. It's well worth full price but it does go on sale regularly. Just keep your eyes open by adding it to your wishlist.

I think you can't get refunded if you play more than 2 hours and i don't think you can get a good opinion on it in only 2 hours.

Anyway ty for your quick answers, i added it on my wishlist and i'll keep an eye on this one

Except Crate only sale on Steam, GOG and Humble Bundle and very occasionally on chrono.gg Anything else isn't legit.

You can get refunds if you play more than 2 hours, you just can't use the automated refund system. As long as you put in a good case you can get a refund past the 2 hour mark

My Steam wishlist has more than 2.5k positions so I usually check it via steamdb.info
https://steamdb.info/app/219990/ - here you can check the history of discounts for Grim Dawn (pick your currency - the graph will open). The latest highest discount was during the last winter sale.
goes on sale fairly frequent, just for some reason there wasn't sale directly on Steam this spring, despite it being on sale on GoG and Humble - maybe Crate is waiting for the Steam event/Summer sale before it gets discounted directly on Steam
kinda a bummer since you just missed the humble sale by handful of days :/

If you'd start on it and find yourselve again a few hours later recognicing it's past the point of refund and you had an eye on the clock besides since it's in the middle of the screen and the reason your pausing is something you need your hands for and you feel good about your situation, then you can be confident you'r not doing a mistake and can return later to the game if you so desire and your situation allows for it.(It's likely it gets a discount if there's a summer sale, it's still a realy good game with a large audience of "they haven't played it yet".)
Usually a sign that the Steam sale won't be far off.

Can you play with steam players if you get it on gog ? i think i'll get it if it is possible
Yes, you can crossplay with Steam users.

iirc you can get a refund if the game goes on sale the next day or so (even if you've played over 2 hours). Anyway, from my experience - steam/valve has the best refund system ever (and it's fast too)

Just don't abuse it much or they will not take it for granted anymore.
