"UnSetup and UDK.exe has found Problem and must be closed."

same here
nvidia physx update, as suggested on other forums, did not work
haven't played once :(

I couldn't find it in C:\Games\Antichamber\TDU1k.exe maybe this is the problem.

Scroll to the bottom of the page. I hope we don't all need a refund. UDK error message sounds popular. "If you are unable to get the game running at all, you should contact Steam Support and ask for a refund, as the game had issues running on your hardware."
