Not game braking, yet annoying issue

Ok I've beaten this game once before and loved it. Still think it's cool. Was bored today and decided to play again but I had a problem. In the starting/main room that show you the options and controls that has the wall with all the pictures you've collecte so far, none of the pictures, when clicked on, showed the image or text. It was just two black boxes. I reinstalled the game but it still didn't fix the issue. Any help with this?

I don't know the fix for this, but there are a lot of other older threads about this issue on here. Search around some and see if you can find a few of the older threads about it.

I can't find any info to help me with this. I never had this problem before

The only thing I could think would be to try reinstalling your graphics card drivers as well as the physx drivers. I don't know what solutions they came to in the older threads because I never had the issue and never read those threads.
