Contract extension crash in My Career Mode

when i decide to extend my contract in career mode during my second year, the game just exits EVERY time! =/ wtf

i just tried to extend my contract with the MIAMI HEAT but right as i clicked accept it, it completely shuts off,...... its been atleast two months since i heard there trying to fix it but they haven't.

I just started my 2nd year and I can't see first hand what's happening at the contract extension .. could one of you give me a save ( as close as possible to DAY XX ) ? I'm pretty sure there's a way around it I just need to be sure.

There is no fix. Better off waiting to the end of the season where you get multiple offers and can choose which team you want to play for, and it's not like the new contract gives you much more, since the entire game is about 2K making as much money off VC transactions as possible.

Yea but that contract extension will allow me to start EVERY GAME. I hate being a bench warmer. I've been getting too many triple doubles and i still sit down at the bench. Average team grade is B+

same here and the voting for all star team is bugged too, so sad they didn't fix the problems the game had or it would have been perfect, maybe the coach giving you time is bugged too.
