I'm not sure if I'm playing the game wrong by running with just half a team at all times. But if I run with 8, I feel like I would be spreading the upgrades around too thinly. But in either case, the AI controlled NPC droids don't last enough to matter much either way.
Here's a demonstration of how one may handle it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4qSpw70xxwM
Few notes from me:
- plan ahead to get there with a minimum of 5 TP
- rely on a droid that is faster than those flooding the L35
- try to keep to one side at one point during the first minute, then rush to the other side to brake away from the bottom of the level i.e. get to the open space
- keep in mind that a damaged enemy droid keeps shooting at you just as well - put it down for good!
"New map with short solid walls, big box blocks and empty-space barriers to slow
the initial flood of enemies toward the player which would otherwise destroy the
AI team mates very easily."
Patch imminent.
