Hey dude, just saying "it doesn't work" won't help us much to help you :D

First off, I recommend making sure you run the latest driver for your graphics chipset/card. It quite often solves all the problems.

If that doesn't, could you upload somewhere (like http://pastebin.com) your debug.log file located under "C:\Users\<username>\Documents\My Games\HotlineMiami"? That may contain information able to help us help you ;)

Thanks! Also the problem I was having with the updated version is that it would not get past the devolver productions frame before crashing.

Most likely a driver issue. Either that, or if you have a laptop using NVIDIA Optimus (or anything alike that switches applications between integrated Intel graphics and dedicated graphics card), then don't forget to force Hotline Miami to run on the dedicated graphics card.
