Sprites Disappear HELP - Other threads are close to helping, but not enough
There exist other threads that are so close to helping me with a similar problem that's been raised before, but they were to no avail for me. Therefore, this post's existence...

So, I have the problem with the game where the HUD sprites, then the background objects and finally all sprites (player/enemies/background furniture) disappear, leaving just the splash background after playing any level for more than 20 minutes or so. I have seen some ways on this board to fix it, but nothing works.

Any suggestions? My system specs are:
Manufacturer: Hewlett-Packard Company
Model: p7-1380t
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3330 CPU @ 3.00GHz 3.00 GHZ
Installed memory (RAM): 6.00 (5.89 GB usable)
System type: 64-bit Operating System
Intel(R) HD Graphics Control Panel available in Control Panel

I would have beaten this game a long time ago if the levels would stopping vanishing away, along with the enemies and my ammo counter... and myself.

Hey dude, this is a common issue with integrated graphics like yours.
Possible fixes includes:
For the second fix:
Right-click on the game in your library -> Properties -> Local files -> Browse local files -> Right-click on "HotlineGL.exe" -> Properties -> Compatibility -> Run this program in compatibility mode for Windows 7.
If it still doesn't work try again with Windows Vista (Service Pack 2).

Yet I'm afraid there's not much you can do mate, since this is a hardware limitation: it is due to your integrated graphics not having enough memory space. Sorry about that :/
Others like you have stated this only happens after some time, so what they usually do is restart the game before it starts to glitch so as to flush the graphics memory.
