Well all I've been able to discover is that mendax was the hacker Pseudonym of Julian Assange. *shrug*

I saw that too. I think my theory is a bit more likely where mendax is Latin for decieving or lying. Anyhow, keep up the searching!

My thoughts are... create 3 bags of meth in the alchemy, but lose two of them to the cops in the timed escape level. Then steal the plans and the single meth bag from the thugs. Not sure what to make of the last panel other than perhaps finish the bridge level with one of your party in custody?

And my thoughts on the significance of Mendax on the gallows is that it's saying cheaters will be punished... or something to that effect.

that actually makes a good bit of sense, its also boosted by the lucky horseshoe as the escape is random and have a time limit (hourglass)

Skull with a hole straight in the center... Kill all of the gang members with headshots?

And DrSNAFU seems like he's almost onto something, but I'm not sure if it's right... Steal back the bag and intel, and don't kill anyone to represent the sword in the ground? I cant tell but stealing the bag might not be right either, the shadow might be to represent that you rob them on the deal because you only traded one bag. Manage a peaceful deal despite only using one bag?

Final words: The entire thing seems to depict only ONE heister. You might have to solo the heist. The final picture has 32 tally marks, the chains, (Possible character usage hint) and a rope for hanging. Suicide on the bridge somehow after killing 32 police?
