Where is briefcase in boiling
been trying to find it for 30 minutes, about to give up.

its random you can find it on the table in one of the labs

i tried for 30 minutes more, i think my game bugged and i did it on overkill i think. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ all that money wasted (i scanned all the test subjects)

It's a silver briefcase on a table. The lab is small and it's not actually hard to miss

No. You're new, when I was new it was hard to find for me as well. Now I find it easily. It's always in one of the rooms on a table in the labs. It's a silver briefcase of metal. If it's not in one of the labs, you can find it in the 'labroom' upstairs next to the closed big door, the shutter.

i explored the whole map i could, i would have posted a 1 hour long video of me exploring every single corner making sure i haven't missed it.

It's no bug as far as I know. Results that I've searched conclude no bug related to the briefcase. Even patch notes have no mention of a briefcase bug.
