is using the mods Iter No Duplicated Bullets Keepers Monkeepers GoonMod's Custom Waypoints and Simple Mod Updater considered cheating when playing multiplayer?

Keepers and Monkeepers in the eyes of some really petty people could be cheats. I don't think it matters, since is gives the AI teammates something to do and it removes the most tedious part of the game. Go for it, who gives a damn?

Ugh... This game has a serious lack of anti-cheat, you can use anything that isn't unlocking items you don't own. Even if you do, a game ban on Payday 2 is impossible.

The game is Peer-to-Peer: individual hosts can ban you, but you can't be banned from the game at large.
