Try this mod and see if it fixes the issue:
https://modworkshop.net/mod/23732
I mean you'll need to reinstall whatever mods you used previously to give you the custom content.
So let's say you had a mod called 'Custom Weapons', which gave you a Custom Weapon. On your profile, you equipped that Custom Weapon to a loadout, and then you later deleted the 'Custom Weapons' mod. Because your loadout still has that Custom Weapon on it, the vanilla game crashes because it has no data on that Custom Weapon.
You'll need to reinstall the 'Custom Weapons' mod specifically, go into the game, and remove the Custom Weapon from your loadout(s). 'The Fixes' was an attempt to try and fix the problem without you having to download your previous mods; if it isn't working then you can ultimately ignore The Fixes.
Uninstalling DLC wouldn't change anything, so there's no need to mess with that.
The log doesn't give us any hints unfortunately.
If the crash log is the same each time, and The Fixes isn't helping, then you'll need to continue trying to find the mods you were using previously; otherwise the only other solution would be to wipe your save data to clear the custom content.
Obviously make a backup before deleting them. Just to be clear, doing this will put you back to Level 0 with nothing. You'll keep all your Steam stuff (like achievements); but nothing else.
They're in the same location as your crash logs; in AppData. Navigate to the same spot you did for your crash log and you should see a folder called 'saves'. Inside this folder is a long numbered folder (which is essentially your Steam ID), open this and inside you should see some .sav files. Delete those.
Depending on whether or not you have Cloud Saves on Steam turned on, you might get a prompt about whether you want to use Cloud Data because there's a save file mismatch. You'll want to say you don't want to use Cloud Data; otherwise the Cloud Data will overwrite and replace the files you just removed.
