How does modded weapon skins work ?

Everyone say to put skin mod into mod_overrides folder but in game skins wont show up , i even pulled out assets/loc/skins folders from them into mod_overrides and re added full file to be double sure , and nothing.
I also have a ,,mods_overrides'' for some reason so to be sure i did the same thing over there too , i even left rar folders in both overrides to be sure but still nothing.
I even put them into mods folder to be sure.
Yes i am using BeardLib for custom huds and menu mods and they work, only weapon skins do not.

i've just realised i thought BeardLib and SuperBLT are the same .-.
good job me , skins work but some of them do not react to ,,paint scheme'' even to on pictures it shows different results
